Morning pick me up cleanse water

Every morning I try to drink 8-16 ounces of water before I eat or drink anything else. I recently started alternating this infused water with my normal water, lemon, cayenne mixture and it’s been a nice change. I just add the fruit the night before and in the morning it’s delicious and a great pick me up. I usually add some lemon slices, cucumber slices, blueberries, basil, orange slices and pomegranate. Infusing water with fruits gives the water natural vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants as well as a a delicious flavor. This is also a great replacement for people who like sugary drinks since it’s aesthetically pleasing as well.
