9 Layer Super Bowl Dip
Makes 18 strawberries
Preparation
Large strawberries with long stems (I used about 18)
1 package Lily’s Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, No Sugar Added (this is the alternative used instead of regular dark chocolate baking chips)
ΒΌ package White Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
Piping bag
Parchment Paper
Wash and dry all the strawberries. In a double boiler gently melt the dark chocolate stirring frequently. Make sure the double boiler water is set to medium-high heat and the water is about 1 inch above bottom of pan. Once chocolate has melted dip each strawberry into the chocolate and set on the parchment paper to dry. Once all strawberries have been dipped and are dried do the same process with the white chocolate. White chocolate has a lower heat point so make sure to not over heat. Once white chocolate has melted pour into a piping bag and pipe over all the strawberries in a drizzle fashion. Again let cool. Serve and enjoy.
