Easy Pizza
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
1 pizza crust ( I use 365 Organic While Wheat Pizza Crust which is 160 calories for 1/4 crust)
⅛ red onion chopped thinly
5 tablespoons homemade or store bought pizza sauce
1 large tomato sliced thinly
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup chopped spinach
1 cup low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
½ head of broccoli chopped
Place pizza crust on a piece of foil. Top with pizza sauce and garlic powder. Layer remaining ingredients; spinach, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, broccoli, and onions. Put directly on rack of 350 degree pre-heated oven. If you don’t put it directly on the oven rack it will be less crispy. Bake for 25 mins.
