Traditional Persian Breakfast

Most of the items will can be found in a Persian Grocery Store but many can also be found in a regular grocery store as well.

½ pound of French Valbreso Cheese
10 walnuts
2 cups fresh herbs including parsley, basil, cilantro, dill, scallions, chives, radishes (sabzi khordan)
1 bag of lavash bread
¼ cup Quince Preserve (Jam)
¼ pound of pistachio halva
2 persian cucumbers cut in slices

Place all ingredients on a trash and serve. Typically eaten with tea.
