Spicy Extra Crazy Feta

Preparation
1 6 ounce container of feta cheese crumbles
2 jalapenos, seeded
2 red scotch bonnet chilli peppers, seeded
2 yellow scotch bonnet chilli peppers, seeded
3 cloves garlic
zest of ½ a lemon
¼ cup heavy whipping creamy

Place peppers and garlic in a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 mins or until peppers are nicely browned and soft at touch. Remove from oven and process in the food processor until well blended. In a separate bowl pour the crumbled feta and lemon zest and mix. Add the peppers/garlic mixture and mix again. Add cream and mix again. Serve.
