Old Bay Peel ‘n Eat Shrimp

Preparation
½ pound extra large shrimp, shell split and deveined
Old Bay Seasoning
Cajun Seasoning
½ lemon sliced for serving, optional
cocktail sauce for serving, optional
horseradish sauce for serving, optional

Bring oven to center broil 400 degrees. If using frozen shrimp make sure to defrost according to package directions. Place all the shrimp in a foil lined baking pan. Coat the shrimp with the old bay and cajun seasoning on both sides. Place in center of oven and let cook 8-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Meanwhile prepare a large bowl with ice and once the shrimp have finished cooking place them in the ice bath to chill. Allow them to fully cool. then serve with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce and horseradish sauce.
